<div class="ExternalClass537EC55C43004E1BA19FB5C9E95EBE94"><p>Ms. Canning joined Environment and Climate Change Canada in April 2018. She led the planning and delivery of the World Circular Economy Forum 2021 hosted by Canada, and is currently the Director of Circular Economy undertaking strategic policy development and policy planning related to the circular economy. Prior to this, she held multiple positions in the environment and health portfolios within the Government of Canada. Ms. Canning has also worked in the private and charitable sectors. In her free time, Ms. Canning enjoys volunteering in her community and dragon boating.</p><p>Ms. Canning has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Master of Theological Studies from the University of Toronto, Wycliffe College. <br></p></div>
