What is the refund policy for registration?

Registration cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations MUST be in writing to Metro Vancouver.
The following cancellation penalties will apply:
Prior to September 22: full registration refunded
From September 23: no refunds given 

How can I register?

All delegates must register through the Metro Vancouver Zero Waste Conference website until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Tuesday, October 29. Onsite registration will also be accepted, however delegates are encouraged to register online in advance. Onsite registration payment is via credit card only - cash and cheques will not be accepted onsite.

What is the registration deadline?

Registrations will be accepted onsite at the Zero Waste Conference, though we encourage all participants to register online in advance.

What is included in the registration?

The registration includes admission for one person for all conference sessions. Registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch, breaks and a reception on October 30th, and continental breakfast, break and a keynote luncheon on October 31st.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes, you can re-assign the attendee registration by contacting us at zwconference@metrovancouver.org
