<div class="ExternalClass3F9E40BC45D349FEBA2DE4E0342A47D9"><p>Uvini Lokuge is a Senior Design Lead at IDEO within IDEO’s Strategy & Systems Group. Uvini’s expertise is in designing circular and waste-free solutions that are systemic in nature but enabled by individuals, from customers to executives. She has led industry-wide collaborations between executives and startups to support the innovation process and implementation of these new waste-free systems. Uvini has expertise across designing for behavior change in shoppers to adopt and use new circular models and designing enabling infrastructure for these models to work across retailers.
