She currently helps lead the National Zero Waste Council's Secretariat, helping to secure waste prevention through design and behaviour change using circular economy principles. Her work with the Council has spanned product design and packaging, through to food loss and waste. Denise sits on Agriculture and Agri-foods Canada (AAFC), Canadian Food Policy Advisory Council, and is a jury member and Chair for Impact Canada's Food Waste Reduction Challenge, supporting innovation in food supply chains.</p><p><em>Moderator: Is the Future of Food and Circular Food Systems Found in Design? | 2:00 pm PST</em><br></p></div>
