<div class="ExternalClassC57EEB6FA6EF463AA940C34B94D5F9D5"><p>Jim is the General Manager of the City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services Division. In this capacity, he is responsible for all of the solid waste management programs and services for Canada's largest city and the fourth largest municipal waste management system in North America. Jim is a recent addition to the City coming from the consulting industry where he has a long history of working with municipalities across Canada and the United States on some of North America's largest and most innovative Solid Waste projects and programs. </p><p>Jim currently sits as member of the Board of Directors for both the Ontario Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the Ontario Waste Management Association (OWMA). </p></div>
