<div class="ExternalClassD1FA254ED5A64133AFBD3BDF2AD177A8"><p>Andrew currently leads the sustainability efforts for Walmart’s Canadian market, and is a member of the company’s global-sustainability-leaders team. He co-led Walmart’s world-wide waste-diversion group from 2011 to 2013.</p><p>Andrew’s career spans 18 years in the retail and consumer-goods industries. He joined Walmart Canada in 2005. Prior to Walmart, Andrew held a range of sales and category management positions with General Mills Canada and The Nielsen Company of Canada.</p><p>He is a sought-after speaker on the topic of retail sustainability, and is involved in mentorship programs at the Telfer School of Management, the Schulich School of Business and the Ivey School of Business.</p><p>Andrew is an active member of the Retail Council of Canada’s sustainability-steering committee.</p><p>He holds a degree in Geography from the University of British Columbia.</p></div>
